Rory is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the Cayman Islands Property Industry since 2019 and prior to that he was based in the City of London for 5 years. Rory obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brooke’s University in 2015 and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2018. Rory has extensive experience within the Office Agency, Strata Management, Asset Management and Valuation sectors.
He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of property, assisting clients through acquisitions & disposals, new lease negotiations, service charge/CAM issues and the day to day running of Stratas and Commercial Plazas. In his Asset Management role he has a depth of experience in obtaining the best rental and capital returns and advises on portfolio strategy and opportunities for asset enhancement.
Rory joined JEC in 2023 as a Partner in the Property Management department.
