Emma is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Manchester. She has extensive experience across leasing and lettings, acquisitions and disposals, third-party dispute resolution, valuation, advisory services, and property management. Prior to relocating to Grand Cayman, Emma worked in the UK’s primary care property sector, supporting practices in maximising income and protecting assets, including third-party dispute resolution, market rent and market value valuations, and sale and leaseback advisory.
Since moving to Grand Cayman in 2022, Emma has worked across both the public and private sectors in the Cayman Islands. In the private sector, she has managed residential strata and commercial property portfolios, while providing project management and valuation services. She also gained two years at the Cayman Islands Government Lands and Survey Department, focusing on Crown asset acquisitions and disposals, asset management, lease renewals and negotiations, and market value assessments for stamp duty purposes. Emma is a personable professional whose extensive expertise makes her a great asset to the JEC team.
