Anrich is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Professional Quantity Surveyor with nearly eight years of international experience delivering cost consultancy services across residential, commercial, education, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. He graduated with distinction from the University of the Free State, South Africa, where he obtained both his BSc and BSc Honours degrees in Quantity Surveying.
Throughout his career, Anrich has provided full lifecycle quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, cost control, and final account management. His experience spans a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from high-end residential developments and boutique hotels to institutional and large-scale mixed-use schemes.
Prior to joining JEC Property Consultants in 2026, Anrich gained valuable international experience in Ireland, Montenegro, and South Africa. Most recently, he worked as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with Mulcahy McDonagh and Partners in Ireland, contributing to a range of large-scale residential, retail, and data centre developments. Before that, he served as Project Lead Cost Consultant in Montenegro, where he oversaw post-contract cost management for a major mixed-use development valued between €75 million and €100 million.
Anrich is known for his strong technical expertise, detail-oriented approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. He is particularly skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, combining clear communication with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset to ensure successful project delivery.
