JEC have been appointed complete Project Monitoring for The Grove. The development comprises six mixed-use buildings of retail and residential use, of two and three storeys in height.
The buildings offer retail on the ground floor and residential units on the top floors. Basement car parking is available under two of the buildings. The whole development totals just under 92,000 sq ft.
