JEC are the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the construction of the new 22,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Jacques Scott air-conditioned warehouse and storage facility on Shedden Road, Grand Cayman.
JEC are working with architects Chalmers Gibbs on this project. Under JEC’s supervision, the project was delivered to programme.
Further phases of the development include additional construction work and the expansion and reconfiguration of existing buildings.
