Chartered Valuation Surveyor
Cayman Islands
Salary in the of range of US$80,000 – CI$95,000 p.a (tax free).

We are seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor with traditional private practice skills and experience in both residential and commercial valuations.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to mix easily and adapt quickly to a new environment. They must possess excellent verbal and report writing skills and have the necessary drive and ambition to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Consideration will be given to experienced graduates that are not RICS qualified, but they would be encouraged to complete the APC at the earliest time.

Salary will be paid on a base and commission basis and a hard working surveyor should exceed the salary guide of US$80,000 to US$95,000 tax free.

Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Cayman Islands
Salary US$90,000 Tax Free

We are seeking a MRICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor with traditional private practice skills and experience in both project and construction management. Estimating and measurement skills are essential. Experience using computer-aided take-off software and knowledge of BIM/Revit technology would be a distinct advantage.

JEC is a small, busy practice. The successful surveyor will enjoy working on a variety of projects from traditional quantity surveying tasks to other property related services including the preparation of development appraisals and valuation work. Training can be provided if required.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to mix easily and adapt quickly to a new environment. They must possess excellent verbal and report writing skills and have the necessary drive and ambition to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
