JEC are the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for Downtown Reach, a new residential development located five minutes from George Town, off Linford Pierson Highway.
The first phase of the development consists of 52 one and two bedroom units spanning a site of over three acres. This initial phase includes 30 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom, 2.5-bath town homes.
A phased residential development where each release had to stand on its own numbers before the next one started.
