JEC was proud to play a key role in the delivery of the landmark John Gray High School redevelopment, one of the largest public-sector education projects in the Cayman Islands.
Acting as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator, JEC provided comprehensive cost management, procurement advice, and contract oversight throughout the project. Our team helped the client to control costs, navigate procurement challenges, and ensure that the works progressed in line with contract requirements and the project’s ambitious delivery schedule.
The project reflects JEC’s capability to deliver robust financial stewardship and clear contractual guidance on complex, multi-stakeholder developments in the education sector.
