JEC served as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for the boutique 49-apartment, 70,000-sq-ft ‘Sunset Point’ development, set on a prime seafront site along North West Point Road, Grand Cayman.
In addition to overseeing the construction contract and cost management, we successfully acted on behalf of the developer in managing and resolving a significant insurance event that arose during construction. Our proactive approach protected the client’s interests, ensured continuity on site, and safeguarded the project’s financial position.
