JEC Property Consultants Ltd. is a multi-service property consultancy established in the Cayman Islands in 1984 and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It is appointed to the Cayman Islands Government Valuation Panel (2025–2027) and its valuers are approved by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. Services cover property valuation and appraisal, strata and commercial property management, quantity surveying, project and construction management, development consultancy, lender monitoring, insurance services and expert witness / dispute resolution, in all three Cayman Islands and across the Caribbean.
